Oluwakemi Women and Girl Child Empowerment Foundation is a registered non-profit organization committed to advancing education, gender equality, and socio-economic empowerment for women and girls.
Since inception, we have worked to address barriers that limit access to education, skills, and opportunities, while creating sustainable programs that foster independence, leadership, and community development.
Guided by integrity, compassion, and impact-driven initiatives, we partner with individuals, institutions, and communities to build a society where women and girls can thrive and contribute meaningfully to national growth.

LEGAL ADVISER
A seasoned
and multidisciplinary executive with over 30 years of experience spanning Law,
Human Resources, and Public Relations. He brings a unique blend of strategic
leadership, legal expertise, and communication acumen to every role he undertakes.
His professional journey has been defined by a commitment to excellence,
people-centric leadership, and aligning organizational goals with effective
human capital strategies.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Olabisi Onabanjo University (1995) and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1996. To deepen his understanding of global HR practices, he earned a Master's degree in International Human Resources Management, equipping him to lead with both local insight and international perspective.
Over the course of his career, he has held executive and strategic leadership positions in several notable organizations, where he successfully led initiatives in legal compliance, board advisory, corporate administration, talent management, organizational development, HR digital transformation, change management, and public relations. His approach to leadership is collaborative, data-informed, and rooted in integrity and mutual respect.
In addition to his executive roles, he currently serves as a Director and Consultant to various companies, providing expert advisory services on legal and human resources matters, helping them navigate regulatory landscapes, strengthen governance, and build effective people strategies.

Further extending his commitment to professional development and knowledge sharing, he is a faculty member at the Rome Business School, Italy, where he mentors and educates emerging leaders in business and HR.
