With a steadfast commitment to academic excellence and student-centered leadership, Professor Busurat Oluwakemi Adefesobi has built a distinguished career as both an educator and administrator. Blending deep instructional expertise with a visionary approach to school leadership, she has consistently fostered environments where students thrive, teachers feel supported, and communities are actively engaged.

Throughout her career, she has not only championed innovative teaching practices but also led transformative initiatives that have strengthened educational outcomes and institutional effectiveness, including community development efforts.

 

Driven by her parents' values to give back to the less privileged and vulnerable children in society, she founded OWAGCEF and remains its chairperson.

 

Her academic journey is marked by determination, growth, and an enduring commitment to excellence in education. Her passion for learning began in her early years and continued to develop as she progressed through each stage of her academic life.

 

She began her secondary education at  Community High School, Ibiade, from 1981 to  1986, where she laid a strong academic foundation and cultivated a love for teaching and leadership.

She then advanced to Ogun State College of Education, Ijagun (now Oba Sikiru Adetona College of Education, Omu-Ijebu) from 1987 to 1991, where she further honed her academic interests and began preparing for a career in education. Her educational journey continued at Ogun State University, Ago Iwoye, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Education (English), between  1992 and 1998.

Driven by a desire to contribute more meaningfully to educational leadership, she pursued further studies at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, obtaining her Master's in Curriculum studies( Language Education) in 2000 and bagging her Phd in Curriculum studies (Language Education) at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye in 2010.

 

Her commitment to community development is evident in her various roles, including

- President, Klub 88, Ibiade: President of the 86 set of Community High School, Ibiade

- Matron, One Love Association and Golden Sisters Klub, Ibiade

- Treasurer, NASFAT Ijebu-Igbo Branch (2007-2009)

- Chairperson, Board of Governors, Allahu Lateef Nursery and Primary Schools, Ijebu-Igbo

- NASFAT National Education Secretary (2021-date)

- Member, Governing Council, Fountain University (2022-date)

- Southwest Chairperson, No Woman No Nation

- Life Patron, Sister to Sister Ogun State Chapter

- Iyalode of Ibiade and Asiwaju Adinni Obirin of Ogunwaterside

Professor Adefesobi has published over 60 articles and attended numerous workshops and conferences. She delivered the 104th Inaugural Lecture of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, on the topic "The World Cheats Those Who Cannot Read". Her dedication to education and community service has earned her recognition, including being honored by the Olabisi Onabanjo University Muslim Community for her contributions .


QUEEN OJEDIRAN HALIMAT OMOBOLA

Ojediran Halimat Omobola is a seasoned professional with a distinguished career in business operations and marketing strategy. She retired as a key member of the management team at the Ogun State Broadcasting Corporation, where she leveraged her expertise to drive business growth and implementation.

With a strong background in marketing, Halimat is a results-driven and self-motivated individual who excels in team settings. Her exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with her excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, make her a valuable asset in any organization.

 

 Halimat's educational foundation is built on a strong base in business administration. She holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Lagos State University, Ojo. Additionally, she earned both a Higher National Diploma (HND) and a National Diploma (ND) in Business Administration from Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo. With her extensive experience and academic credentials.

Halimat is a seasoned marketing executive with a deep understanding of business processes and solutions.



QUEEN OLAYINKA SAMUEL OJOMO ADEYEOLUWA

Queen Olayinka Olajetemi Ojomo Adeyeoluwa is a highly skilled professional with a strong educational background and extensive work experience. 

She had her primary education in Ibadan, then proceeded to Akure for her secondary education.


Olayinka furthered her education at The Polytechnic Ibadan and later obtained professional certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Her academic achievements laid a solid foundation for her successful career.


In her professional journey, Olayinka has held notable positions, including Audit Officer at Biobaku and Awoderu Accounts & Audit firm in Ibadan, Internal Auditor at Agbeni/Ogunpa Microfinance Bank in Ibadan, and Analyst at Cooperative Bank. Currently, she runs her own business as an event planner and graphic designer, leveraging her skills and experience to deliver exceptional services.


With her strong educational background and diverse work experience, Olayinka has established herself as a versatile and accomplished professional in her field.


QUEEN OKIKIOPOSU ABIMBOLA

Okikioposu Abimbola Musilimot is a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong educational background and impressive work history. She began her academic journey at Ansar Ur Deen Primary School in Ebute Meta, followed by her secondary education at Victory High School in Ikeja and Lagos Secondary Commercial Academy in Obanikoro.


Abimbola further enhanced her skills through various professional training programs, including NCR training at UAC Marina in Lagos, bridal academy at MACS Bridal Academy in Yaba, and fashion and cosmetology at Piscean School of Fashion and Cosmetology in Allen, Ikeja. She also underwent training in computer science, human resources, and other relevant fields.


Throughout her career, Abimbola has held several notable positions, including Account Officer at Oshoba Engineering Company in Apapa, Cashier at UAC/Kingsway Store in Apapa and Marina, and Assistant Account Officer at the Armed Forces Institute of Nigeria in Bonnycamp, Victoria Island, and the Lagos State Ministry of Education/Library Board.


Currently, Abimbola is self-employed, leveraging his extensive experience and skills to drive her entrepreneurial ventures forward. Her background and expertise demonstrate her commitment to personal and professional growth, making her a valuable asset in her field.


 

QUEEN SALAKO MUJIDAT OLAYEMI

Salako Mujidat Olayemi is an accomplished entrepreneur and cooperative economist with
a distinguished career in business,investment, and community development.

She began her academic journey at Ogun state Cooperative college, an affiliate of Olabisi Onabanjo  University, where she  earned a certificate in cooperative studies. She further pursued a Diploma in Business Administration at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma , and later attained a Higher National Diploma in Cooperative Economics and Management. A lifelong learner, She enchanced her professional expertise at the International Business School in Frankfurt, Germany.

She is a proud member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (chartered) and the Abeokuta Chamber of Commerce . Her career in public service culminated in her retirement as Head of the Department (Business & Investment) at Ogun State Cooperative Department, where she made remarkable contributions to cooperative growth and financial empowerment.

Passionate about capacity building , Salako Olayemi has served in various leadership and advisory capacities, actively organizing and participating in workshops and seminars on cooperatives, entrepreneurship, gender issues, women empowerment and child rights.

Her dedication to business innovation and social impact continues to inspire many within and beyond her community.

QUEEN POPOOLA MORILAT OLAYINKA

 Moriliat Olayinka Popoola, a devoted muslim. She went to Our Lady of Apostles Secondary School, Ijebu Ode, and resides at 14 Kola Balogun Street, Elewura, Challenged, Ibadan. By day, she navigates the bustling world of trading, leveraging her keen business acumen to thrive in the
competitive market.

      However, her true passion lies in her faith and community. Moriliat finds solace in her spiritual practices and is often seen spreading joy and positivity wherever she goes. Her entrepreneurial spirit and strong values make her a respected figure in her community, and her story serves as an inspiration to those around her.


QUEEN (HON.)BUSARI GANIYAT ABIOLA
BUSARI

Honorable Busari Ganiyat Abiola is a distinguished individual with a strong educational background and impressive career achievements. She attended National Primary School Gbagada, Bariga, Lagos State, for her primary education and National College Gbagada, Bariga, Lagos State, for her secondary education.

 

Honorable Abiola furthered her education at Ogun State College of Education (now SACOTECH), where she earned her NCE Certificates in Political Science and Islamic Relations Studies. She then proceeded to the University of Ibadan, where she obtained her BSc ED degree in Political Science/Islamic Relations Studies.

 

As an accomplished educator and leader, Honorable Abiola serves as the Proprietress/Principal of Ansar Sunnah Model Nursery/Primary School and Sunnarian Model College, Abigi, Ogun Waterside.

 

Her political career is marked by notable appointments and party posts, including Secretary to Local Government (SLG) and Supervisor for Education in Ogun Waterside Local Government. Currently, she is a Member of the Board of Ogun State Water Corporation. Honorable Abiola has also held leadership positions in various political parties, including Ogun East PDP Senatorial Women Leader, Ogun Waterside LG Women Leader, and presently, APC LG Women Leader.

In addition to her political roles, Honorable Abiola is actively involved in women's organizations, serving as the President of the National Council for Women Society (NCWS), Ogun Waterside chapter, and President of Sister to Sister Ogun Waterside LG chapter.

 

Honorable Abiola has also been honored with several traditional titles, including Alakoso Adinni of Ogun Waterside LG, Yeye Meso of Efire Kingdom, Yeye Meso of Isale Oko, Sagamu, and Otun Iyalode of Abigi Kingdom. These titles reflect her respected position in her community and her commitment to public service.


QUEEN MOJISOLA OLABINJO-ONIKOSI

Olabinjo-Onikosi Mojisola is a dynamic individual with a strong foundation in education and a multifaceted career. She began her academic journey at Moslem Primary School in Isoku, Ijebu Ode, and later attended Moslem Comprehensive High School, where she laid the groundwork for her future endeavors. She furthered her education at Lagos State Polytechnic, where she earned both an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretarial Administration.

 

As a successful businesswoman, Mojisola has ventured into the textile, bag, and jewelry industry, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit. In addition to her business pursuits, she is a dedicated civil servant, currently serving as the Chief Confidential Secretary to the Project Manager at the Ogun State Forestry Plantation Project, Area J4, under the Ministry of Forestry. Her diverse experience and skills make her a valuable asset in both the public and private sectors.


QUEEN SULAIMAN FAUZIYAT ADEPEJU

Sulaiman Adepeju Fauziyat is a dedicated professional with a strong educational foundation. She began her academic journey at LGA Primary School in Ibiade, followed by Community High School in Ibiade, Ogun Waterside Local Government, where she developed a solid base for her future endeavors. She furthered her education at Remedy Medical Centre, where she underwent Nursing training, and later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the prestigious University of Lagos (UNILAG). With a diverse range of work experiences, Sulaiman has worked as a Staff Nurse at Ladi Lak Medical Centre and as a Site Nurse at Avalon Construction Company. Currently, she serves as Personal Assistant to the Chairman at Somolu Local Government, leveraging her skills and expertise to support effective governance and leadership. Through her journey, Sulaiman has demonstrated her commitment to personal and professional growth, making her a valuable asset in her field.

Queen Bolanle Nimota Adefesobi is a dynamic and accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and extensive work experience. She began her academic journey at Ansarul Islam Primary School in Ife-Ife, Osun State, where she laid the foundation for her future success. She then proceeded to Ibiade Community High School in Ibiade, Ogun Waterside Local Government Area of Lagos State, for her secondary education.

 

Bola furthered her education at the university, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She also pursued additional studies at Leeds Trinity University in the United Kingdom, where she earned a degree in Social Care. This academic background has equipped her with a strong foundation in business administration and social care.

 

In her professional journey, Bola has gained valuable experience working with the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK. She has also leveraged her skills and expertise to become self-employed, successfully running her own business, Onibeji Cargo, which operates in both the UK and Nigeria. Through her entrepreneurial ventures, Bola has demonstrated her ability to navigate complex business environments and build successful enterprises.
